Annual leave is paid in Finland, so the annual salary is 12 months of pay, or 12.5 with the holiday bonus (lomaraha) that most collective agreements include.

Collective agreements define how a monthly salary is converted to an hourly wage. Common divisors are 152 to 163 in municipal jobs and 169 in the technology industry. Without a divisor the calculator uses weekly hours × 52 / 12.
The holiday bonus (lomaraha) is usually 50% of your holiday pay. It is not required by law but is included in most collective agreements.
