The prices come from the Nord Pool power exchange through ENTSO-E and are for the Finnish price area. Compare today and tomorrow and find the cheapest hours for the washing machine, dishwasher, sauna or charging an electric car. In the advanced settings you can add your contract's margin, the transmission price and electricity tax to see your real total price. Prices include 25.5% VAT by default.
When is electricity cheapest today?
The spot price changes hour by hour with demand, wind power and transmission capacity. The cheapest hours are usually at night and on windy days; the most expensive are often in the morning (7 to 9) and early evening (17 to 20). Tomorrow's prices are published in the early afternoon Finnish time.
